Mr. And Mrs. Leonard M. Cowherd II announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Vivienne to Mr. Nory Alexis Salinas of Washington D.C. Miss Cowherd is an ESOL teacher in the Prince William County Schools. Mr. Salinas is the owner of Metropolitan Wall Tech. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Salinas of Manassas, Virginia. They are planning a June wedding at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Culpeper, Virginia.
